Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily inbound & outbound calls.
- Manage customer queries, complaints, orders, and requests.
- Provide timely and skilled solutions to customers.
- Maintain customer interaction and complaint records.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Support/Customer Service.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
