Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle, recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, offers, and joining formalities.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and personnel records.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and monthly payroll inputs.
- Coordinate payroll, Full & Final Settlement, and employee salary-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, EPF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, and other statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR records, HRMS, MIS, employee databases, and compliance calendars.
- Track probation, confirmation, transfers, promotions, resignations, and exits.
- Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, warning letters, and HR communications.
- Coordinate exit formalities, clearance, FNF, relieving and experience letters.
- Implement HR policies and support management in improving HR processes.




- Coordinate with Accounts, Administration, IT, consultants, and other departments for HR-related activities.

Qualification & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, HR documentation, and employee relations.
- Good MS Excel, HRMS/HRIS, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong confidentiality, follow-up, and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
