A Field HR Recruiter is a talent acquisition skilled who sources and hires candidates for on-site Manufacturing Industry,(ITI, Diploma , BE, UG, PG or field-based roles rather than corporate positions. They spend significant time conducting outreach, networking, and onsite interviews in various locations at Coimbatore
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Sourcing: Visiting different geographic locations, campuses, or job fairs to attract volume-hiring candidates.
- On-site Screening: Conducting initial evaluations and face-to-face interviews directly in the field.
- Coordination: Managing end-to-end recruitment, from generating job descriptions to scheduling and onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify exact staffing needs
Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Experience Required : 1 to 5 years
