Key Responsibilities

- Handle candidate calls professionally.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases.
- Assist with recruitment follow-ups and candidate coordination.
- Support HR documentation and daily HR activities.
- Coordinate with candidates and the internal HR team.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records.

- Good communication skills are mandatory.
- Basic computer knowledge.
