Digital Marketing Associate

About the Role

At Dataspot Technologies, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing agency team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing social media, running paid campaigns, communicating with clients, and turning marketing strategies into measurable results.

You will work closely with clients and our internal creative, content, and performance marketing teams to plan, execute, monitor, and improve digital marketing campaigns across multiple accounts.

What You'll Do

Social Media Management

- Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

- Develop monthly content and social media plans based on client objectives.

- Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure timely delivery of posts, creatives, reels, and campaigns.

- Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and brand growth.

- Stay updated with platform trends, content formats, algorithms, and emerging opportunities.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

- Manage campaign budgets, audiences, creatives, placements, and performance.

- Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and lead quality.

- Conduct audience, competitor, and keyword research to identify new growth opportunities.

- Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.

- Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Client & Account Management





- Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong working relationships.

- Understand client requirements, marketing objectives, and business goals.

- Coordinate campaign requirements between clients and internal teams.

- Communicate campaign updates, results, timelines, and recommendations clearly.

- Handle client requests, feedback, revisions, and follow-ups professionally.

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client performance and expand campaign scope.

- Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

Campaign & Team Coordination

- Work closely with designers, content writers, developers, and performance marketers.

- Create clear briefs and ensure team members have the information required to execute campaigns.

- Manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.

- Ensure campaigns maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with client objectives.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns.

- Good working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and preferably Google Ads.

- Experience with content planning, social media calendars,



and campaign coordination.

- Understanding of campaign metrics, performance reporting, and optimization.

- Strong client communication and account management skills.

- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable marketing activities.

- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

- Experience with Canva, CRM, email marketing, or AI marketing tools is an advantage.

- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership rather than simply execute instructions.
