About the Role

Aeronot Café is looking for a creative and energetic Graphic Designer who can bring fresh ideas to our brand and social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, understand social media trends, and be comfortable creating both static and video content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts, stories, reels, advertisements, and promotional creatives.
- Design content for Instagram and other digital platforms while maintaining Aeronot Café’s brand identity.
- Plan and publish social media content on a regular 3-day basis, including posts, stories, offers, and campaigns.
- Handle and manage Aeronot Café’s Instagram account, including content planning, posting, and basic engagement.
- Create and edit short-form videos/reels for Instagram and promotional campaigns.
- Use Adobe Illustrator and other relevant design software to create professional graphics.
- Develop creative concepts for offers, events, seasonal campaigns, menu promotions, and brand awareness campaigns.
- Stay updated with current Instagram trends, reels, design trends, and social media formats.
- Collaborate with the café team to understand upcoming promotions and convert ideas into creative content.




- Maintain consistency in the brand’s visual language across all platforms.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Graphic Designing.
- Strong command of Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of Video Editing and creating Instagram Reels.
- Good understanding of Instagram and social media management.
- Ability to create engaging ads and promotional creatives.
- Strong sense of colour, typography, composition, and branding.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience, skills, portfolio, and overall suitability for the role.
