About the Role:
We are looking for a Legal Staffing Professional to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing qualified legal professionals in permanent positions. You will manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to supporting onboarding while ensuring an excellent experience for both clients and candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent) is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and identify qualified candidates for legal positions, including: Paralegals, Legal Associates, Compliance Professionals, Attorneys
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' legal knowledge, communication skills, and overall suitability.
- Prepare clear and engaging job descriptions, candidate profiles,
and submission summaries.
- Collaborate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and provide regular recruitment updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support offer negotiations and assist candidates during the onboarding process.
- Ensure a smooth, qualified, and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
