The role of Senior Analyst, Due Diligence Operations based in Gurugram will be responsible for executing screening activities for prospective and existing partners to identify and mitigate financial crime, sanctions, reputational, and regulatory risks.

Minimum Qualification:

- University Degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of FATF guidance, AML/KYC regulations, OFAC sanctions requirements, and financial crime compliance practices preferred
- Experience using screening and due diligence tools such as Dow Jones Risk & Compliance, Bridger, LexisNexis Bankers Almanac, or similar screening platforms preferred.
- Prior experience in Financial Crime Compliance, AML Operations, Sanctions Screening, KYC, Due Diligence Operations, or Risk Management functions.
- Experience performing sanctions, watchlist, PEP, adverse media, or customer due diligence screening activities.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to evaluate screening results, identify risk indicators, and assess potential financial crime exposure.
- Ability to review, interpret, and document screening findings with clear rationale and audit-defensible records.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to articulate screening outcomes and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately.

- Preferred Qualification:

- working knowledge of SQL for querying, validating, and analyzing operational and quality data to identify trends, exceptions,



and improvement opportunities.
- Experience with Power BI (or similar business intelligence and visualization tools) to develop dashboards, monitor quality metrics, and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, including advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup functions) and SharePoint, to support quality reporting, governance, and continuous process improvement.
- Exposure to automation and workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, Alteryx, Tableau, or similar platforms) is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) tools and applications, with the ability to leverage AI-assisted solutions to enhance productivity, improve reporting, streamline quality processes, and drive operational efficiencies while adhering to enterprise governance and data security standards .
