Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end dispatch operations and ensure smooth inward & outward movement of goods.
Track vehicles and shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Coordinate with transporters and negotiate freight rates for cost-effective logistics.
Supervise loading, unloading, and proper storage of materials.
Ensure products are dispatched safely, accurately, and on schedule.
Manage dispatch documentation, e-Way Bills, invoices, LR copies, and PODs.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain logistics records.
Coordinate with warehouse, sales, accounts,



and operations teams for seamless execution.
Supervise dispatch staff and blue-collar workforce to ensure operational efficiency.

What We're Looking For
2–5 years of experience in Logistics, Dispatch, Transportation, or Supply Chain Operations.
Robust ownership mindset with the ability to manage complete dispatch operations.
Experience in handling transporters, warehouse coordination, and timely delivery management.
