- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring the best talent to meet the organization’s current and future staffing needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Enhance employer branding and represent the company professionally in all recruitment activities.
- Provide recruitment metrics and reports to management on a regular basis.
Real Estate Experience is Mandatory
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
