Position : Sales Coordinator

Location: Ruikar Colony, Kolhapur

Requisites:

- Any Graduate
- Experience in sales coordination, presales, sales support.
- Positive Communication Skills.
- Basic Knowledge about MS- Excel.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls and emails
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Maintain customer database and sales records
- Follow up with clients for payments, orders, and appointments
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing
- Track sales targets and prepare MIS reports
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for sales executives
- Support lead generation and customer relationship management
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting
