Lead Generation & Sales

 Attend sales enquiry calls, mails and respond to the customer within the set

timelines

 Interact with the customer and understand the need of the customer

 Provide the details and product specifications to the customer

 Interact with Sales & Marketing department and Technical department on the

customer enquires

 Assign the enquiry to the concerned department for working on details

required for preparing the proposal and update the sysetm with the status

 Negotiate and finalize the order with the Commercial terms and conditions

 Prepare the proposal as per the customer requirement after discussion with

the Sales & Marketing department and Technical department

 Update the Sales Babu CRM with the proposals sent and proposals pending

 Follow-up with the customer for closure on the proposals sent

 Plan and forecast the spares requirement for the warranty service visit by

the Service Engineers

Order Processing

 Prepare a costing sheet and seek approval from the MD

 Process the Vendor registration, Bank guarantee and Tender documentation

 Process the customer order





 Prepare and send order acceptance to the customer

 Coordinate with the customer for any amendments in the purchase order

 Prepare and send Performa Invoices to the customer

Sales Support

 Interact with Sales Engineers for customer details, proposals follow-up and  Customer feedback

 File and maintain the proposals sent and service reports

 Process vouchers of the Sales and Service team for local conveyance

 Follow-up with the customer on pending payments

 Develop new customers as per the references from the Manager & send

Introduction letter and the product catalogues

 Interact with the customer to get the Customer Feedback

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
