Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage sales activities, dealer networks, and business development within the assigned territory. The candidate should have good knowledge of the interior and plywood industry and strong relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and fabricators.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, and fabricators.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Ensure regular follow-up with customers and dealers for enquiries and orders.
- Manage product presentations and explain product features, applications, and benefits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, payment collection, and customer service.
- Monitor outstanding payments and support timely collection.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.




- Ensure proper product visibility and promotional activities in the assigned territory.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for resolution.
- Train and support dealers and sales team members regarding products and applications.

Required Skills

- Strong sales and business development skills.
- Good knowledge of plywood and interior/building material products.
- Good understanding of the interior design and construction market.
- Strong dealer and customer relationship management skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Good market knowledge and willingness to travel extensively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.

Educational Qualification

Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- candidate with relevant experience in the plywood/interior/building materials industry.
- Existing relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, contractors, and fabricators will be an advantage.
- Should have a valid driving licence and be willing to travel within the assigned territory.
- Strong target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
