Looking for someone who is having excellent accounting and analytical skills, and is responsible for handling all financial processes of the organization, implementing financial policies, creating budgets, keeping track of financial transactions, and providing the managerial team with finance reports.

Implementing and ensuring a smooth payroll process for the organization

Maintain receipts and records for all the business transactions

Preparing financial reports and evaluating them to optimize resources

Processing of reimbursements, incentives, and expenses

POC for the employees for salary-related queries like deductions (any kind)

Performing regular financial analysis; resolving the issue

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in commerce or accounting or its equivalent





Location: HSR

NP: Immediately /15 Days

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a finance executive or in a similar role

Proven work experience in Payroll processing or related compliances

Knowledge of Accounting Concepts

Sharp eye for identifying irregularities

Excellent analytical abilities

Excellent knowledge of Excel

Keka software knowledge is a plus

Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof

Valuable verbal and written communication skills

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
