Position: Physiotherapist

Location: Chennai (Pallavaram / Valasaravakam / Homecare)

Job Type: Full-time (Immediate Requirement)

Department: Rehabilitation

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and design individualized rehabilitation plans for geriatric patients, focusing on neuro (Stroke, Parkinson’s disease), orthopedics, and cardiopulmonary conditions.

Provide post-operative physiotherapy and functional mobility training to enhance patient independence and quality of life.

Conduct structured group therapy sessions, group exercise programs, and fall-prevention workshops tailored for senior citizens.

Educate patients, caregivers, and family members on safe transfer techniques, home exercise programs, and ergonomic modifications.

Prepare and deliver clinical presentations or training sessions for internal teams and community outreach programs.

Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date patient records, progress reports, assessment forms,



and treatment plans in accordance with institutional guidelines.

Collaborate effectively with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, and caregivers to ensure holistic care management.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master of Physiotherapy (MPT).

Experience: 2 to 5 years of clinical experience in Neurological, Orthopedic, and Geriatric Rehabilitation.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and clinical expertise.
