Job Overview

We are hiring motivated and customer-oriented Voice Process Executives for both Customer Support and Inside Sales (In-Sales) roles. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions over calls, resolving queries, providing product/service information, and generating sales opportunities while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for support and sales purposes.
- Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Promote and explain products/services to generate leads and close sales.
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions or offerings.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer experience.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
- Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company guidelines, scripts, and quality standards.




- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle both support and sales conversations confidently.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced workplace.
