Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Content Creation Strategist to lead the planning, development, and execution of high-impact content across digital platforms. This role is responsible for aligning content with business goals, audience needs, and brand voice while driving engagement, growth, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives
- Plan, create, and manage content across platforms (social media, blogs, email, video, etc.)
- Conduct audience research to identify trends, preferences, and content opportunities
- Collaborate with designers, writers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content
- Optimize content for SEO, engagement, and conversion performance
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategy accordingly
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform changes, and emerging content formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing,



or content creation
- Robust understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social insights)
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with video content and short-form platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Knowledge of content automation and AI tools
- Experience working with brand storytelling or personal brands
- Basic design or multimedia skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
