Job Description – NPD Executive (New Product Development)

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹75,000 per month (Depending on Experience)

About the Role:-

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented NPD (Recent Product Development) Executive to join our Natural Diamond Jewellery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative jewellery collections aligned with market trends, customer preferences, and the company's brand vision. The role requires close coordination with design, merchandising, production, and sales teams to ensure successful product development from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new jewellery concepts and collections based on market trends and customer demand.

- Coordinate with CAD designers, manual designers, merchandising, and production teams throughout the product development cycle.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging design trends.

- Prepare product briefs, design specifications, and development timelines.

- Monitor sample development and ensure timely completion.

- Work closely with sourcing and manufacturing teams to ensure product feasibility and cost optimization.

- Ensure new products meet quality standards and commercial objectives.





- Maintain documentation related to product development, approvals, and revisions.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth product launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Jewellery Design, Product Development, Fashion, or a related field.

- 4–8 years of experience in New Product Development within the Natural Diamond Jewellery industry.

- Strong understanding of jewellery manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.

- Knowledge of domestic jewellery market trends and consumer preferences.

- Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and product documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in launching successful jewellery collections.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Candidates with experience in natural diamond jewellery companies will be preferred.
