Job Title: Import Executive (Customs Clearance)

Location: Belapur

Job Summary

We are looking for an Import Executive to handle end-to-end import documentation, customs clearance, and coordination with shipping lines, CFS, and clients. The role requires robust knowledge of BOE filing, ICEGATE tracking, and import compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete import documentation process from shipment arrival to delivery
- Coordinate with clients to collect documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.)
- Verify documents for accuracy, compliance, and customs requirements
- Prepare and file Bill of Entry (BOE) in EROYAL system
- Track shipments via ICEGATE and shipping line portals
- Monitor IGM filing, ETA, and vessel status
- Coordinate for duty payment and maintain records
- Handle RMS / examination cases and respond to customs queries
- Coordinate with CFS, shipping lines, and field team for cargo clearance
- Arrange Delivery Order (DO)



and ensure timely cargo delivery
- Maintain job tracker and complete documentation for billing
- Coordinate with accounts for invoicing and job closure

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Hands-on experience in BOE filing and customs clearance
- Knowledge of ICEGATE, EROYAL, and shipping line portals
- Understanding of HSN code, duty calculation, import policy
- Experience in handling CFS operations and DO process
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Basic Excel and email communication

Experience

- Experience in Freight Forwarding / CHA industry
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in import operations
- Familiar with Nhava Sheva port operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
