Job Title: Club Manager

The Club Manager is responsible for the overall operations, profitability, and member experience of the Cultfit facility. You’ll lead the team, drive sales and retention, and ensure the club delivers on Gold’s standards of fitness and service.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations: Manage day to day club operations, staff scheduling, facility upkeep, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards.

Sales & Revenue: Own monthly membership sales, personal training, and ancillary revenue targets. Track KPIs and implement plans to achieve them.

Member Experience: Ensure high member satisfaction, resolve escalations promptly, and drive NPS and retention.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high performing team of trainers, sales consultants, and front desk staff. Conduct regular reviews and coaching.

Marketing & Community: Plan local marketing activities, events, and partnerships to drive footfall and brand visibility.

Reporting:



Share weekly/monthly MIS on sales, attrition, collections, and other key metrics with regional leadership.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 3+ years experience in gym/fitness club management or similar retail/hospitality operations role
- Proven track record of meeting revenue and retention targets
- Solid leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Passion for fitness and understanding of gym operations
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel/Google Sheets

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹50,001.00 per month
