Job post - Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Key Responsibilities :-

Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Qualification: MBBS/BAMS/BHMS from a recognized medical college; valid registration with the Medical Council/NMC.

Key Responsibilities: - Provide 24×7/shift-based medical care to admitted patients.

- Assess patients, take history, perform clinical examination, and document findings.

- Monitor vital signs and clinical condition of patients regularly. - Initiate appropriate treatment as per hospital protocols and consultant advice.

- Attend medical emergencies and initiate immediate management. - Follow up investigations and communicate abnormal results to consultants.

- Maintain accurate patient records, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

- Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, laboratory, pharmacy, and other departments.





- Ensure timely referrals and escalation of deteriorating patients.

- Follow infection-control, patient

-safety, and hospital policies strictly.

- Maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, and ethical standards. - Participate in rounds, handovers, audits, and quality

-improvement activities. Essential Requirements:

- MBBS degree with valid registration.

- Valuable clinical assessment and emergency-management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.

- Good communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.

- Strict adherence to hospital rules, protocols, and patient

-safety standards.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹88,000.00 per month
