​Core Responsibilities

1) ​Customer Analytics: Monitoring customer data in Reelo (visit frequency, spending patterns, order history).

2) ​Segmentation: Categorizing database into active tiers (e.g., Champions, Regulars, Lapsed/Expired, First-Timers).

3) ​Lifecycle Campaigns: Running targeted SMS/WhatsApp promotions tailored to bring back churned guests and boost the lifetime value of existing regulars.

4) ​Feedback Management: Monitoring post-visit feedback and responding directly.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Design long-term loyalty, subscription, and rewards programs tailored to consumer packaged goods.
- CRM & Lifecycle Marketing: Manage direct communication channels like WhatsApp, SMS, push notifications, and email marketing.
- Data Analysis: Segment the customer database based on purchase frequency, basket size, and product preferences to trigger personalized offers.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the sales, e-commerce, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth product availability and fulfillment.
- Campaign Testing: Run A/B tests on promotional offers, messaging, and discount structures to optimize repeat purchase rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 5 to 8+ years in growth marketing, CRM, or brand loyalty roles within FMCG or retail.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics, customer data platforms (CDPs), and cohort analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Soft Skills: Strong project management, creative problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
