Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills and the ability to engage with customers and candidates professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Tele Calling & Sales

* Contact potential customers through outbound calls.

* Explain the company’s products and services clearly.

* Understand customer requirements and answer their queries.

* Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.

* Onboard new customers and maintain customer relationships.

* Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database.

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English is an added advantage).

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.





* Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, or recruitment is preferred but freshers can also apply.
