We are looking for a Post Sales Co-ordinator to manage and coordinate all customer-related activities after the booking of a property until possession and handover. The candidate will act as a key point of contact for customers and coordinate with the Sales, Legal, Project and Site teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, follow-up and coordination skills, along with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers after property booking.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding project progress, modifications and important updates.
- Coordinate with customers for submission of required documents and KYC formalities.
- Coordinate with the Legal team for agreements, registration and other property-related documentation.
- Coordinate with the Project/Site team to provide customers with accurate updates regarding construction progress.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.




- Maintain proper records of customer communications, requests and follow-ups.
- Coordinate customer visits to the project site when required.
- Send project updates, payment reminders, notices and other relevant communications to customers.
- Coordinate the possession and handover process, including documentation and scheduling.
- Follow up on pending work, customer requests and snag/rectification issues until closure.
- Ensure a smooth customer experience from booking through possession.

Educational Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Relationship Management or a related field will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email is required.

Experience:

- 1–4 years of experience in post-sales, customer relationship management in real estate is mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
