Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving functional issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration concepts and working alongside technical teams to implement solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
