Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions. Candidates with prior experience in BFSI, Broking, Financial Services or FinTech will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare/close positions as per business needs.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage salary negotiations, offer rollout and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS and recruitment-related documentation.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
- Conduct reference/background verification as required.




- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.

Required Skills

- 1.5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Prior exposure to BFSI / Broking / Financial Services / FinTech preferred.
- Robust knowledge of sourcing and candidate screening.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates currently working with broking houses, Securities, wealth management firms, financial services companies or FinTech organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
