Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Experience: 0 to 3 Years Experience (IT Services)

Location: Chennai, Sholinganallur

Shift: General Shift - 9.30am to 6.30pm

Roles & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to generate recent business opportunities.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

Prepare and share quotations and proposals.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.

Maintain daily sales reports and CRM records.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Support marketing and lead generation activities.

Key Skills Required

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of IT products and services.

Cold calling and lead generation skills.

Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.

Basic MS Office and computer knowledge.

Willingness to learn and achieve sales targets.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team player.

Educational Qualification

B.E./B.Tech (IT/CSE) or BBA

MBA (Marketing) or

Any Bachelor's Degree with basic Computer/IT knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
