About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Procurement professional with experience in the supplement industry, preferably with exposure to Skincare and HPC (Home & Personal Care) categories. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, sourcing expertise, and the ability to handle procurement operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Source and negotiate with vendors to achieve the best pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Manage purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Production, QA, R&D;, and Accounts.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of materials.
- Evaluate supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and industry standards.
- Stay updated with market trends, pricing,



and recent supplier opportunities.

Requirements

- 4–5 years of procurement experience in the Supplement / Nutraceutical industry.
- Experience in Skincare and HPC categories will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good understanding of procurement processes and supply chain coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Must be comfortable working on-site in Chandigarh.
