- Valuable communication skills.
- 2-4 years experience in the Insurance domain.
- End-to-End Insurance domain knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Should be capable enough to get trained remotely and try to do the tasks in the minimum time required with quality.
Education & Experience
- Should have a Bachelor’s degree with 2-4 years experience in the Insurance domain.
Job Responsibilities
- Should be capable of handling the calls as well as able to process back-end jobs.
- Should understand the criticality of Process quality.
- MS Office efficiency is a must.
- Should maintain and share the process reports to the client and/or internal stakeholders on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
