We are hiring a Sales Representative for our furniture retail showroom. The role involves handling walk-in customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products clearly, and converting enquiries into sales while ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist walk-in customers professionally in the showroom
- Understand customer requirements (size, style, budget, delivery timeline) and recommend suitable products
- Provide complete product explanations including materials, warranty, customization options, pricing, EMI, and delivery timelines
- Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed sales orders
- Prepare accurate quotations and proforma invoices
- Follow up on pending quotations, payments, measurements, and delivery updates
- Maintain proper showroom display standards
- Update daily walk-ins, enquiries,



quotations, and sales in CRM or tracking sheets
- Coordinate with factory/backend team regarding order status, customizations, and deliveries
- Handle basic customer complaints and after-sales queries, and escalate when required

Key Skills & Requirements

- Fresher to 3 year experience in retail/showroom sales (freshers with good communication skills can apply)
- Confident in interacting with walk-in customers and explaining products clearly
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Email, Excel / Google Sheets)
- Education: Diploma / Graduation (any stream)
- Willing to work on weekends and festival days (weekly off on a weekday)

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
