Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring across multiple positions.

This role is well suited for candidates with experience in recruitment consultancies, staffing agencies, recruitment firms, talent acquisition, or in-house recruitment who are comfortable with high-volume hiring and working with multiple job openings simultaneously.

- Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- 2nd & 4th Saturday: Off
- Preferred Location: Navi Mumbai to Kalyan and Kurla.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer and joining.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and recruitment networks.
- Handle bulk hiring and multiple open positions across different departments.
- Screen resumes and applications based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and recruitment database for current and future requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring priorities.
- Prepare and share job descriptions and job postings on relevant recruitment platforms.
- Negotiate and discuss compensation, notice period, availability, and other candidate details as required.
- Coordinate the offer, documentation, and joining process with selected candidates.




- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure candidates join as per the agreed date.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on open positions, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, interview-to-selection ratio, and joining ratio.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruitment channels.

Key Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR Recruitment, Staffing, Recruitment Consultancy, Recruitment Agency, or Search Firm.
- Candidates currently working in recruitment consultancies or staffing firms are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, or similar recruitment platforms.
- Experience handling multiple positions and high-volume recruitment will be an advantage.
- Strong candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Valuable organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
