WE ARE HIRING | CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR-CUM-PSYCHOLOGIST

Invincio is looking for a agile, responsible and versatile professional for its new centre.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the front desk and day-to-day centre operations
- Handle student and parent enquiries professionally
- Coordinate admissions, batches, faculty schedules and student records
- Conduct basic psychological assessments and counselling sessions
- Mentor and interact with defence aspirants
- Take Current Affairs, communication or personality-development classes whenever required
- Prepare reports, maintain databases and handle administrative documentation
- Support student follow-ups and other centre-related activities

Preferred Profile:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Psychology
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
- Positive knowledge of Current Affairs and national issues




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, organised, presentable and student-friendly
- Capable of handling administrative as well as academic responsibilities
- Prior experience in counselling, education, administration or front-desk management will be preferred
