Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through market research, customer visits, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with OEMs, machine builders, industrial customers, and distributors.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial products and solutions.
- Promote THK products including LM Guides, Ball Screws, Linear Actuators, and other motion control products.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Handle negotiations and support order closure.
- Coordinate with internal technical and application engineering teams.
- Support distributors and channel partners in developing business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
- Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial field sales.
- Experience in industrial products, machine tools, bearings, automation equipment, motion control, power transmission, or related engineering products.
- Experience in B2B sales and customer-facing activities.
- Experience with OEMs, machine builders, manufacturing companies, distributors, or system integrators.




- Good communication and relationship management skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license.

Experience with Japanese companies, MNCs, or established engineering companies will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 gross per month
Annual CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA, depending on experience and skills
Variable Pay: Performance-based bonus
Benefits: Medical Insurance, PF and Gratuity
Probation: 6 months

Other Details

Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred
Employment: Full-time
