Position: Customer Care & AMC Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer calls, complaints, and service requests professionally.

* Coordinate with technicians and service engineers for customer visits.

* Schedule and follow up on breakdown, preventive maintenance, and AMC service calls.

* Maintain daily service-call records, customer details, job cards, and service reports.

* Follow up with customers for pending service issues and ensure timely closure.

* Maintain the AMC customer database, including contract start/end dates and service schedules.

* Make regular follow-up calls for AMC renewal and generate potential AMC leads.

* Prepare and share AMC quotations with customers as instructed.

* Coordinate with the service and accounts teams regarding AMC billing and payment follow-ups.

* Maintain daily/weekly/monthly service and AMC follow-up reports in Excel.

* Escalate unresolved customer complaints to the Service Manager.





* Ensure proper customer communication and maintain good customer relationships.

* Follow up with technicians for pending reports, photographs, and customer signatures.

* Assist the Service Manager in maintaining overall service and AMC records.

Required Skills

* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care, service coordination, tele-calling, or AMC follow-up.

* HVAC/AC service industry experience will be preferred.

* Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and email.

* Good follow-up, coordination, and customer-handling skills.

* Ability to maintain records and handle multiple service calls simultaneously.

* Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.

* Timely closure of customer complaints.

* AMC renewal follow-up and conversion.

* Pending service-call reduction.

* Customer satisfaction and complaint handling.

* Accuracy of service and AMC records.

* Daily follow-up and reporting discipline.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
