ABOUT THE ROLE

Do you enjoy working with children and being part of a learning workplace? We're looking for a friendly, responsible and energetic Centre Assistant to join our Kumon learning centre team in Bellandur.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role where you'll work closely with students, parents and the Instructor — supporting classes and helping the centre run smoothly day to day.

Freshers are welcome. Comprehensive training will be provided.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Welcome students and parents; help students settle in and maintain a warm, positive learning environment

- Prepare worksheets and learning materials; assist with checking, marking, score entry and student records

- Support students in following centre routines and completing assigned work independently

- Handle routine parent communication, queries, and scheduling; escalate academic matters to the Instructor

- Maintain attendance, fee records and basic data entry (Excel/Google Sheets, email)

- Manage stock of worksheets,



stationery and centre supplies; track usage and coordinate timely reordering

- Help keep the centre organised, class-ready, and support activities and events

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with children

- Responsible, organised, and attentive to detail

- Good spoken and written English

- Comfortable with basic Maths, English and computer tools

- Willing to learn and take ownership — prior experience in education, childcare or customer service is a plus, but not required

WORK SCHEDULE

- Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM

- Weekly Off: Wednesday & Sunday
