As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand client requirements and system functionalities. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Process Management (BPM).
- Strong understanding of process modeling and workflow automation techniques.
- Experience with tools and platforms that support business process analysis and optimization.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient process solutions that integrate with existing systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex process-related issues to enhance operational efficiency.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Process Management (BPM).

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
