What We’re Looking For

- Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects with the ability to create animated Instagram Stories, motion graphics, transitions, typography animations and visual effects from scratch.
- Excellent command of Adobe Photoshop for photo manipulation, compositing, retouching and creative layouts.
- Solid knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro for editing short-form videos, reels and social media content.
- Good command of Adobe Illustrator for vector graphics, illustrations, logos and design elements.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour, spacing, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
- Ability to understand a brief and independently turn it into a polished visual concept.
- Should be comfortable creating 1080×1920 Instagram Stories and other social media formats.
- Strong eye for premium, clean and contemporary design.
- Ability to create motion and animation rather than relying only on templates.
- Basic understanding of sound, timing, pacing and music for motion content is a plus.

AI — Smart Use, Not AI-Generated Content

We do not promote or rely on AI-generated content as the final creative output.

However,



we expect the designer to be comfortable using AI intelligently as a supporting tool where it improves workflow—for example, brainstorming, references, ideation, background cleanup, image enhancement or speeding up repetitive tasks.

The final creative should still demonstrate real design thinking, originality and hands-on execution.

The Ideal Candidate

You should be someone who can look at a static design and think:

“How can I make this move?”

You should be able to take a blank After Effects composition, develop the animation yourself and deliver a polished story without depending on pre-made templates.
