Video & Visual Designer – Marketing & Product

Responsibilities

- Create marketing videos, product videos, training videos, reels, and promotional content for Unolo.
- Design static graphics, social media creatives, banners, carousels, infographics, and product visuals.
- Develop product walkthroughs, feature demos, onboarding, and training videos that simplify complex SaaS features.
- Manage projects from concept and scripting to design, editing, and final delivery.
- Create product screen recordings with voiceovers, captions, animations, callouts, and motion graphics.
- Work with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to understand requirements and create relevant visual assets.
- Repurpose videos and designs into different formats for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website, email, and other channels.
- Use AI tools extensively for ideation, image/video generation, voiceovers, editing, enhancement, and creative variations.
- Maintain consistency in Unolo’s brand identity, visual style, and messaging.
- Stay updated with the latest AI, design, video, and visual communication trends.

Required Skills





- Strong video editing and graphic design skills.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, typography, composition, layouts, and motion graphics.
- Ability to create both marketing and product/training visuals.
- Robust creative thinking and ability to convert product features into engaging visual communication.
- Valuable understanding of social media and digital marketing creatives.
- Ability to independently manage projects from concept to final output.
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Video Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design, Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, or a similar role.
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, or product-based companies is preferred.
- Experience creating product demos, tutorials, training videos, and marketing creatives is highly preferred.
- Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing both video and static graphic work.
- Candidates with a combination of Video + Graphic Design + AI skills will be strongly preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
