Job Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction and maintenance activities at the plant and company premises.
- Monitor construction work including building repairs, flooring, plastering, roofing, drainage, boundary walls, foundations, and other civil works.
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, vendors, and other departments for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, measurements, specifications, and instructions.
- Monitor the quality of construction materials and quality of work.
- Check measurements of completed work and assist in preparing contractor work bills.
- Ensure proper utilization of construction materials and minimize material wastage.
- Prepare daily work progress reports and maintain records of ongoing civil works.
- Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for assigned work.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the approved timeline.




- Identify civil defects, structural issues, leakage, cracks, drainage problems, and maintenance requirements and report them to the concerned authority.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for procurement of required civil materials.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at construction and work areas.
- Support estimation and preparation of material and labour requirements for civil works.
- Maintain records of materials received, consumed, and balance quantities.
- Coordinate with Management and other departments for shutdown-related or plant maintenance activities.
- Perform any other civil maintenance or construction-related duties assigned by Management.

Required Qualification and Experience

- Diploma / ITI Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in civil construction, industrial maintenance, factory infrastructure, or similar work.
- Practical knowledge of construction methods, materials, measurements, and site supervision.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
