Supervise,track andevaluateday-to-day activities.Responsibilitiesincludeestablishing financial status by developingandimplementingsystemsforcollecting, analysing, verifying andreportinginformation andtotale necessary steps to safe guard the company interest

Critical Tasks

- Co-ordinationandoverseeingthedailyoperationsoftheaccountingdepartment

- MakingfinancialreportandotherMISatplantlevel.

- Keepready withthebooks/financialintimeforreporting andmonthlyend,quarterlyandannual.

- Monitoringand analyzingaccountingdata and producefinancialreportsorstatements

- Ensuringproperaccountingmethods,policiesandprinciples

- Co-ordination andoverseethedailyoperations oftheaccounting department including, monthand end-year process, accounts payable/receivable,cashreceipts, general ledger, payrollandutilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting,



revenueandexpenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations,trustaccountstatementreconciliations,checkruns,fixedassetactivity,debtactivity

- Co-ordination and analyse accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.

- Coordinate and assist for complete annual and quarterly audits.

- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.

- GST return, TDS and other government return to ensure on time.

- Meet financial accounting objectives.

- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transaction.

- Keep Cutting-edge to ensure maximum benefit to organization.

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards the interested parties at all times.

- Maintaining management systems as per ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949, and Environment and Safety standards 45001:2018 &14001:2015

Work authorities:

- Approve sales and marketing strategies, budgets, and campaigns.

- Make hiring and performance decisions for the sales and marketing teams.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives with product, finance, and operations.

- Represent the company in high-stakes client and partner negotiations
