About the Role

LearnifyOps Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Meta Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of experience in International EdTech Marketing or International Marketing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns targeting international audiences, with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign performance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for international markets.
- Manage campaigns focused on lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Conduct audience research and develop effective targeting strategies for international audiences.
- Create and test different ad creatives, copy, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to improve CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing creatives and audiences.
- Work closely with the Sales, Counselling, and Creative teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads Manager, advertising trends, audience behavior,



and international marketing strategies.
- Identify new opportunities to scale campaigns across international markets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Meta Marketing, International Marketing, or International EdTech Marketing (Mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Experience in international lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in EdTech or education-focused marketing will be an advantage.
