Job Title: Catalogue Executive

Job Summary:
The Catalogue Executive is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and consistent product information for the FirstCry website . This role plays a key part in enhancing product discoverability and customer experience by ensuring the catalogue is optimized, up-to-date, and aligned with internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Produce clear, engaging, and customer-centric product content tailored to the target audience.
Ensure all product descriptions are grammatically accurate, with correct spelling and punctuation. Apply basic knowledge of SEO and keyword placement to enhance product discoverability.
Perform regular site hygiene checks & ensure all product details are accurate, complete, and aligned with guidelines, ensuring a clean and reliable user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sourcing, merchandising, to keep the product listings up to date.




Working around images and checking them while working on product description is mandatory. Checking that images are up to website standards is important
Basic product knowledge of kids & moms products will play an significant role for this profile
Upload upload PDF manual & A+ content for different products listed on the website using basic HTML or web formatting tools as required.
Manage the upload of YouTube product videos to enhance customer understanding and engagement
Respond to customer care issues related to product content, resolving concerns regarding missing or incorrect information.
A sound understanding of customer reviews and ratings within an e-commerce environment is essential, as daily responsibilities include monitoring and managing customer feedback.
Knowledge of end-to-end e-commerce operations is also valuable, as the role involves addressing order-related issues, such as rejections at the warehouse due to discrepancies

Required Qualification: Any Graduation/Under Grad (TY)
