Zorin is an Indian furniture and interiors company focused on delivering well-designed, durable and value-for-money furniture for modern homes, offices and commercial spaces.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our paid digital acquisition across Google and Meta and help us generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality enquiries.

The Role

This is a hands-on performance marketing role.

You will be responsible for planning, launching, managing and optimizing campaigns across Google and Meta with a clear focus on generating qualified leads and revenue.

You will work closely with the sales and business teams to understand which leads are converting and continuously improve our marketing funnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
- Develop campaigns for lead generation, enquiries and customer acquisition.
- Manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display and YouTube campaigns as relevant.
- Manage Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct audience, keyword and competitor research.
- Develop and test different ad creatives, messaging, offers and audiences.
- Monitor and optimize CPC, CTR, CPL, conversion rate and CAC.
- Track the quality of leads generated and not just the number of leads.
- Work with the sales team to understand lead-to-customer conversion.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and reduce customer acquisition costs.
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend toward the best-performing campaigns.
- Work with designers/content teams to develop high-performing creatives.
- Coordinate with the website/tech team on landing pages, pixels and conversion tracking.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and conversion events.




- Build weekly/monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Continuously test new campaigns, audiences, creatives and acquisition strategies.

What We Are Looking For

- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience running campaigns with meaningful budgets.
- Strong understanding of lead-generation campaigns.
- Comfortable working with campaign data and spreadsheets.
- Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign performance.
- Ability to independently set up, manage and optimize campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and conversion optimization.

We are not looking for someone whose primary skill is social media posting.

We are looking for someone who understands:

You should be comfortable being held accountable for the commercial outcome of your campaigns.
