Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Augmented Engineering)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in modern web technologies and hands-on experience leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate development, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate blends strong engineering fundamentals with emerging AI-driven coding and automation practices to deliver scalable,



intelligent software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and intelligent web applications using modern frontend and backend stacks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs and working software.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code, with emphasis on AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon CodeWhisperer, Tabnine).
- Integrate and consume RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and LLM-based APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, AWS Bedrock).
- Implement AI-driven automation in testing, code review, and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability using modern observability tools.
- Participate in architectural and design decisions including microservices and AI service orchestration.
- Mentor developers in AI-assisted development practices and software engineering best standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement root-cause resolutions efficiently.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of professional full stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js.




- Proven backend experience with Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or AI SDKs into applications.
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) and prompt orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Dust).
- Strong knowledge of RESTful and GraphQL APIs and microservices.
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (unit, integration, AI-based regression testing).
- Understanding of AI-enhanced DevOps practices such as automated build pipelines, setting provisioning, and monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
