Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow online marketplace accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, product listings, advertising, inventory management, and sales performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of seller accounts across multiple marketplaces.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Monitor product performance and implement strategies to improve visibility and sales.
- Handle inventory planning and stock updates to prevent stock-outs and overselling.
- Process orders and coordinate with logistics partners for timely fulfillment.
- Manage pricing, promotions, coupons, deals, and marketplace campaigns.
- Execute and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Analyze sales reports, traffic, conversions,



and customer insights.
- Resolve listing issues, account health notifications, and marketplace-related support tickets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product launches, content updates, and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, algorithm changes, and industry trends.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of marketplace operations.
- Experience managing Seller Central accounts.
- Product listing and catalog management.
- Marketplace SEO and keyword optimization.
- Inventory and order management.
- Marketplace advertising and campaign optimization.
- Data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple marketplace accounts efficiently.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in marketplace/e-commerce operations.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or E-Commerce is an added advantage.
