Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced BSA Lead / System Analyst with strong expertise in the Lending domain or extensive experience in the Banking domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding complex business requirements, defining functional solutions, and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver effective banking solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead business analysis activities for banking and lending applications.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with business users, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Define functional solutions aligned with business objectives and system capabilities.
- Support solution design, system enhancements, testing, implementation, and production releases.




- Lead requirement walkthroughs and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
- Identify risks, constraints, and dependencies and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Mentor junior business analysts and provide guidance on requirements and analysis activities.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support backlog prioritization.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements, regulatory needs, and quality standards.

Required Skills

- 8–10 years of experience in Business Analysis / System Analysis.
- Strong Lending domain experience is highly preferred.
- Strong Banking domain experience will also be considered.
- Excellent knowledge of requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Experience with functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of banking applications and business processes.
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
