The role involves creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns. You will coordinate with internal teams to develop content strategies, maintain a consistent brand voice, respond to audience queries and comments, and monitor social media trends to increase engagement and reach. The candidate will track performance metrics, analyze campaign results, prepare monthly reports, and suggest improvements based on insights. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with influencers, supporting marketing campaigns, and ensuring that all social media activities align with the company's branding and business objectives. The ideal candidate should have solid creativity, communication skills, basic graphic design and video editing knowledge, and a passion for social media marketing in a fast-paced startup environment.
