Job Summary
3 to 5 years of SAP experience, with 2–5 years in SAP training or knowledge enablement
SAP Skills
Strong hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules
Good understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments and Fiori apps
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology (preferred)
Training & Communication Skills
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to explain technical and functional concepts to non-technical users
Solid documentation and instructional design skills
Experience with digital learning tools (LMS, e-learning platforms)
Tools & Methods
SAP training systems (IDEs, Training Clients)
MS PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation tools
Virtual training platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx)
To understand client requirements and lead the delivery of technical solutions ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1.
To analyze |define and design technical solution for ERP productâs enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages.
2. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for addressing complex technical issues.
3. To collaborate and interact with the client and other cross functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements so as to deliver seamless technical solutions.
4. To anchor team meetings ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination within the technical consultant team and the clients.
5. To mentor and train junior consultants, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
