Key responsibilities.
- Serve as the main daily contact for assigned client accounts.
- Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and billing approvals.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client portfolios.
- Coordinate with internal support, product, and sales teams to deliver solutions.
- Track and forecast key account metrics and performance reports.
- Resolve client complaints and prevent account churn
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
