We are looking for a Telecaller to handle gym-owner calls for ScoreFit. The role will involve contacting gyms, explaining our software, scheduling product demos, handling basic support calls, and collecting feedback/reviews from existing gym owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Call gym owners and introduce ScoreFit
- Generate interest and schedule product demos
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records
- Handle basic customer/support calls and resolve common queries
- Collect feedback and reviews from gym owners
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Coordinate with the sales and support team when escalation is required
- Update lead and customer information in the CRM
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Bengali, Hindi and English speaking ability
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous telecalling, sales, customer support, or gym-industry experience is a plus
